1. Course Enrollment and Admissions

• Course Structure: Our training programs include the 15-Day Basic to Advanced Professional Makeup Course conducted offline at our Kolkata academy.

• Limited Seats: Course batches operate on a limited-seat capacity to ensure focused, hands-on guidance. Seats are allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the registration fee.

• Eligibility & Accurate Information: Students must provide accurate contact and personal details during registration. Providing false or misleading information may lead to the cancellation of admission.

2. Fees and Payments

• Payment Schedule: Course fees and service advance payments must be cleared according to the schedule communicated by our admissions desk prior to batch commencement or service execution.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Admission registration deposits and advance booking fees for makeup services or course seats are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances once a seat or date has been reserved.

• Taxes & Charges: All payments are subject to applicable taxes or payment gateway processing fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Attendance, Classroom Conduct, and Certification

• Practical Sessions: Hands-on practical training forms an essential part of the 15-day curriculum. Students are expected to attend all scheduled days to complete the syllabus (Skin preparation, Eye makeup, Bengali/Non-Bengali bridal, Airbrush/HD techniques, and Hairstyling).

• Discipline: Professional and respectful conduct is mandatory toward instructors, fellow students, and live models during training sessions. We reserve the right to dismiss any student exhibiting disruptive or unprofessional behavior without refund.

• Certification: Official certification is awarded solely upon regular attendance, active participation, and satisfactory completion of practical demonstrations and assignments.

4. Client Makeover Services (Bridal & Events)

• Appointments & Date Holds: Bridal, reception, and event makeup bookings are confirmed only after the required advance token amount is received.

• Client Cancellations: If a client cancels a confirmed appointment, advance deposits will not be refunded due to reserved time slots and artist scheduling.

• Skin Sensitivities & Allergies: Clients must notify the makeup artist of any pre-existing skin conditions, allergies, or product sensitivities prior to application. While premium and tested cosmetic products are used, we are not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed allergies.

5. Media, Photography, and Student Portfolios

• Classroom Documentation: Practical sessions, student work demonstrations, and masterclasses may be photographed or filmed for educational archives, student portfolios, and promotional showcases across our website and social channels.

• Model Consent: Live models provided or arranged for classroom demonstration consent to being featured in educational and portfolio media created during class hours.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course material, curriculum notes, visual content, website layouts, photographs, and the Ruchita Makeover branding/logos appearing on the site are our exclusive intellectual property.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit our syllabus, branding, or original media for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we provide comprehensive, industry-standard practical training to equip students for real-world client work, we do not guarantee specific employment offers, income levels, or individual commercial success post-course completion.

• We are not responsible for any personal belongings, toolkits, or valuables lost, damaged, or misplaced on the academy premises.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of our services or website following any modifications signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
